Those present were ~yor Simmons, President Se~bler, Councilman DeCristofaro, Councilman Vass, Councilman Nash, Councilman Baxter, absent. Attorney Vocelle, pres~nt. Letter read from United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company acknowledting receipt of Shortzge of ~ds of the City of Sebastian in the amount o£ ~776.07. Cou~cil~an Nash stated that fire trucks were in need of a~prox- imately ~91.40 worth of repairs on directional signals. Cotmcilman DeCristo~aro moved that signals be repaired. Seconded by Councilman Vass. Carried. A number of questions submitted by Interested Taxpayers of Seb- ast~a~ were read ahd ahswered by City Attorney Vocelle. ~ President Sembler requests that any person attending a Council meeting, wishing to he heard, before speaking, stand, be recognized, and give their name. Clerk was instructed to contact Mr. Jennings of the County Health Department and request a water test for dontamination in Hardee Lake for safety of bather~. Clerk instx~cted to call Ed Smucker, County Engineer, to learn width N~NX of Indian ~iver Drive right-of-way in Sebastian. Co~u~cilman Nash, Chairman of Fire De]?artment, made a short speech asking for Volunteer firemen also requestihg meeting attendance. Co~cit~an Nash made a motion that City Building Inspector, Adolf Elli~se~be paid a minimum of $50.00 every 2 weeks or $100.00 guaranteed per month. Motion diSd for lack of a second. Mayor Si~mons suggested that Adolf Ellihgsen's resignation be brought up at another meeting. Councilman DeCristofaro made a motion that we adjourn. Councilman Vass. Carried.
