SUBMITTAL OPENING AGENDA
Good afternoon. My name is Jessica Graham, and I am the procurement/contracts manager for the City of
Sebastian.
Today is Thursday, December 19, 2024, at approximately 2:15 pm Local Time. We are here for the Opening
of 25-06-RFQ, Professional Design Services for Main Street Park and Boat Ramp. Submittals were due
today at 2:00 pm Local Time. Please note that no late bid will be accepted.
After this meeting, the Evaluation Committee will evaluate the proposals received. The meeting date and time
will be advertised on VendorLink. All communication regarding the evaluation process will be posted on
VendorLink.
Please remember that the Cone of Silence is in effect until the RFQ is awarded. The Tentative award date is
January 2025.
The City of Sebastian has received Bids from the following contractors:
