The original Request for Qualification shall remain in full force and effect, except as modified herein,
which shall take precedence over any contrary provisions in the prior documents.
SECTION I: CLARIFICATIONS
• N/A
SECTION II: QUESTIONS
1. Question 1: Is the project grant funded?
Answer: This project is partially funded by a Florida Inland Navigation District (FIND)
grant.
2. Question 2: What is the budget?
Answer: $100,000.00.
3. Question: I would like to confirm whether the Title Page, Tab 1 (Transmittal Letter &
Mandatory Forms), and Tab 2 (Table of Contents) are excluded from the 25-page limit. The
RFQ states that the required forms listed in Tab 1 and required tabs do not count toward
the limit, but I wanted to confirm whether the Title Page and Table of Contents are
similarly excluded.
Answer: The title page and table of contents do not count toward the limit.
4. Question: Does the cover, table of contents, and proof of licensure count toward the overall
page limitation?
Answer: No.
5. Question: Can we use our official letter of signing authority in place of the Corporate
Resolution Form?
Answer: Yes, you can use your own official letter of signing authority. However, it must be
signed by a person authorized to delegate signing authority.

The Respondent hereby acknowledges receipt of the following Addendum:
This addendum shall be completed and signed by an authorized representative and returned with the
solicitation submittal. The Acknowledgment of the addendum receipt will become an integral part of the
solicitation document. Acknowledging receipt of this Addendum, the undersigned understands and accepts
the foregoing solicitation changes and clarifications.
All other bid terms, conditions, and specifications as originally issued remain unchanged
