SECTION I: CLARIFICATIONS

SECTION II: QUESTIONS
1. Question 1: Will the city have waste barrels around to allow our techs to dispose of debris
or trash that way?
Answer: Yes
2. Question 2: Is there a way to get a calendar of the event days? Is there an average day of
events?
Answer: The Calendar is fluid, but there are typically 12 event days per year.
3. Question 3: 1.1.6 – we are a large business with large deductibles, we can disclose to the
city, but we will not procure project-specific insurance in the event of City rejection. This
shall not be cause for termination for default.
Answer: The City requires the contractor to hold general liability, automobile
liability, and worker’s compensation insurance based on the Insurance
Requirements in Appendix A for the duration of the contract. The insurance is not
event-specific. If these requirements cannot be met, the contract will be terminated.

The Respondent hereby acknowledges receipt of the following Addendum:
This addendum shall be completed and signed by an authorized representative and returned with
the solicitation submittal. The Acknowledgment of the addendum receipt will become an integral
part of the solicitation document. Acknowledging receipt of this Addendum, the undersigned
understands and accepts the foregoing solicitation changes and clarifications.
All other bid terms, conditions, and specifications as originally issued remain unchanged
