Good afternoon, my name is Jessica Graham, Procurement Manager for the City of Sebastian.
Today is Thursday, March 6, 2025, and the time is approximately 2:05 pm Local Time. We are here for the
Bid Opening of 25-10-RFP, Disaster Debris Monitoring Services. Bids were due today at 2:00 pm Local
Time. Please note that no late bid will be accepted.
After this meeting, the bids will be reviewed and evaluated. All communication regarding the evaluation
process will be posted on VendorLink
Please remember that the Cone of Silence is in effect until the RFP is awarded. The Tentative award date is
April 23, 2025.
