The original Invitation to Bid shall remain in full force and effect, except as modified herein, which shall take
precedence over any contrary provisions in the prior documents.

1. Question: The addendum stated that the Bermuda grass has an on-site irrigation system, how will the
Floratam and Bahia need to be watered?
Answer: The Floratam and Bahia will be installed in locations without irrigation. The Contractor will be
responsible for bringing a water buffalo or other means to water the sod for up to 30 days.
2. Question: Is there a minimum square footage on delivery and install?
Answer: Yes, minimum of 2,400 Sq Ft for delivery and install.

3. Question: Could you send me the last year's quantities that were ordered?
Answer: The approximate FY24 quantities for Floratam and Bahia are below. Sports Turf is a new
addition and we do not have previous quantities.
• Floratam – 4,000 sq.ft
• Bahia – 20,400 sq ft
