Event Date Question Deadline Nov 22, 2024 Response Due Dec 12, 2024 Tentative Council Award Jan 2025 SOLICITATION QUESTIONS •All questions must be submitted in writing to the Procurement Division. •All questions, modifications to the solicitation specifications, or changes in the solicitation due date will be addressed by an addendum posted on VendorLink. CONE OF SILENCE •City council members and city staff,except the procurement representative,shall not be contacted regarding this bid. •The no-contact period shall commence on the initial date of the advertisement (11/06/24)and continue through and include the date the city council decides to approve or reject the award (tentatively scheduled for Jan 2025). •Failure to comply with this requirement may be grounds for disqualification. ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW •Bid Submittal •All submittals are due electronically via VendorLink. •The link to register to receive solicitations is below: •Https://www.myvendorlink.com/external/home •Submittals sent by mail, facsimile, electronic mail, telephone, or any other means will not be accepted. ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW •Authorized Signature •Each bid submittal must include the signature of an officer or employee having authority to bind the contractor. •If a corporate resolution is not provided with the bid submittal, the bid submittal shall be marked non - responsive. TECHNICAL REVIEW Overview •This solicitation aims to establish licensed contractors for lift station maintenance and repair services throughout the City of Sebastian. •The contractor shall furnish/supply all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, complete repair service, maintenance, and replacements as stated herein. TECHNICAL REVIEW Inspection and Maintenance •Quarterly PM/Inspection Repair Services •During the lift station’s service life, the City may require repairs. These repairs may also include diagnostic services. Locations •12 Lift stations throughout the City. ANY QUESTIONS?
