Good afternoon, my name is Jessica Graham, Procurement Manager for the City of Sebastian.
Today is Thursday, March 20, 2025, and the time is approximately 2:10 pm Local Time. We are
here for the Bid Opening of 25-11-ITB Sod and Live Turf Purchase, Delivery, and Installation.
Bids were due today at 2:00 pm Local Time. Please note, no late bid will be accepted.
After this meeting, the bids will be reviewed and evaluated. All communication regarding the
evaluation process will be posted on VendorLink
Please remember the Cone of Silence is in effect until the Award of Bid. The Tentative award date is
April 9, 2025
