This letter informs you that the City of Sebastian Procurement Division awarded Meeks Plumbing, Inc. the
above-referenced solicitation. The awarded contract shall not exceed $25,000 in total expenditures without City
Council Approval.
The following items are required before the purchase order can be issued.
• Certificate of Insurance – naming the City as additionally insured and certificate holder
Please submit the required documentation by Tuesday, February 11, 2025.
