Meeting was called to order by President Middleton.
Those answering roll call were Mayor ~/oberts,President Mlddleton,Councilman
Sembler,Smith,Frazee and Stevenson. and C.A.Mltchell the City's Attorney.
The Budget for the 7ear 1948 and 1949 wqs presented to the City 0ounoil
which was'aproved and accepted by motion by 0ouncilman Frazee and seconded
by Councilman Smith. Carried.
l~esolution on the City of Sebastl&n Tax Boll levy of SO mills,of which
20 mblls for the general fund and 10 mills for the sinking fund was aproved
and accepted on motion by Councilman Frazee and secpnded by Councilman Smith.
Motion by Councilman Sembler and seconded by Councilman ~azee to adopt
resolution covering Ordinance 109 for the licenseing of dogs in the City
of Sebastian,said Ordinance comPelling all do~ owners to have their dogs
innoculated against rabies.
Al/let Ordinance 10g waas read the third time said Ordinance was accepted
on following roll call.

After debatelng on zoneing of the Oity of Sebastian it was moved by
~ouncilmnn Stevenson afld' se~onded'by:~Councihman Frazee to invite hr simons
to set in with the City Council and tq!k over poslbllltles of zoneing the
01ty.ltr Simons expenses on his visit to the City to be paid by the City of
Sebastian and to apply on the cost of zonein~ if terms canAarrived at.carried.
After the reading of a letter frc~n the Civic ,Center asking the cooperation of
and permission of the City for the erection of a fla~ pole in the City Park
it was moved by Council~nan Frazee and seconded by Qouncilman Smith that the
City stand one half the espense ofnthe pole and flag.Carried.

Bills presented to oeunoil for payment after being approved by finance connniDtee
were ordered paid on motion by Councilman Frazee and seconded by Councilman
Sembler. Carried.
l/ayor Hoberts requested Officer Adams:!' Salary be rs&sad ~175.00 per month and
he be put on full tflne,this was carried on mption by Councilman Frazee and was
ssoond~d by Councilman Smith.
