NOVEMBER BALLOT IT IS POSSIBLE, SINCE THE PROPERTY OWNER WILL ONLY

HE STATED THAT THE PEOPLE SHOULD FIRST BRING THE MAYOR'S SALARY UP AND

MANAGER. HE STRONGLY ENDORSED THE MAYOR'S RAISE TO $19,500.00 BE

JIM GALLAGHER, SUGGESTED THAT SOME BENEFITS FOR THE MAYOR BE AMENDED.
ATTORNEY PALMER STATED THAT TO RECEIVE HEALTH INSURANCE BENEFITS AN
EMPLOYEE MUST BE FULL-TIME. HE SAID THE REPEAL WOULD NOT SPECIFY FULL
OR PART TIME BUT WOULD ALLOW THE PERSON TO HAVE OUTSIDE EMPLOYMENT.
