ATTORNEY PALMER STATED THAT THE CHANGE WAS MADE AND PROVIDED FOR ON PAGE 16, NUMBER 6.02. MR. GEORGE REEVES QUESTIONED THE PROVISIONS IN THE SAFETY MANUAL PORTION OF THE SOP THAT PROVIDED FOR MUD SLIDES AND SNOW STORMS. MAYOR GALLAGHER STATED THAT THIS IS THE SAFETY MANUAL THAT ADJUSTCO AND THE STATE OF FLORIDA RECOMMEND CITIES ADOPT. MAYOR GALLAGHER STATED THAT HURRICANE, TORNADO AND FLOODING IS TAKEN CARE OF BY THE CIVIL DEFENSE AND FALL UNDER THE CATEGORIES OF EMERGENCY, AND THAT THE CITY WOULD BE PREPARED.
