Meeting was called account of Police Oar.
it waw unanimomsly adopted that the Olty have a new motor installed in Police Om~.
Motion by Councilman Bohannen and seconded by ~ouncilman Smith the General ~und
of" the ~ity of Sebastiaube increased by transferlng funds fron the ~'lne and Forfeiture
Fund and leaving about two hundred dollars in ~:lne and ~'orfeiture after transfer.
Motion carried.
There being no business meeting was adjourned.

Meeting was called to order by Councilman Protem Sembler.
Those present were. Mayor Shafor,~ouncilman Protem Sembler,Oouncl~men ~ohannon,
Councilman Smith and Attorney ~ltchell.
It was ordered ~hat the minutes of the previous meeting be dispensed with and that
they be read upon the return of ~he Oity Clerk.
It was moved by Councilman oohannon,seconded by ~ouncilman Smith and unanimously
adopted that the City sell sand fram the ulty Sand i~lt at the rate of ten cents
per yard with the purchaser to load the sand and that such salem and the handling
of the same be placed under the Jurisdiction of the City ~lerk.
It was moved by Councilman Smith and seconded by Oouncilman Bohannon and unanimously
adopted that in as much as the A~ayor hadoreturned the "i~unch Board Ordinance"
adopted at the last regular meeting of the Oouncil and without his approval thereon
that,upon further consideration,the adoption of such ordinance providing for the
licensing of Trade Boards,Punch Boards and devices of such nature be rescinded.
Upon motion by Councilman Smith, seconded by Councilman Bohannon and unanimously
adopted the meeting was adjourned.
