VOICE VOTE on the motion carried 5-0. 91.270 Vice Mayor Oberbeck said the Panthers have obtained Fire Department approval to conduct a bonfire at the Barber Street Sports Complex and the Director of Community Development said the city does not require a permit for a ceremonial fire and that the Panthers will leave the area as is. MOTION by Powell/Holyk I move we let the Panthers have the bonfire on October 4, 1991. VOICE VOTE on the motion carried 5-0. 91.269 The Director of Community Development said the U.S. Postal Service request had been previously approved administratively, however, they were now asking for use of a dunk tank, volleyball and horseshoes in Riverview Park for an Olympic Torch event picnic for approximately 200 people.
