PRESENT: VICE MAYOR LEWIS GRAY, COUNCILMAN FRANK OBERBECK, COUNCILWOMAN DOROTHY MCKINLEY, COUNCILMAN EVERETT GASS, MAYOR PAT FLOOD, JR., AND CITY ATTORNEY DANIEL KILBRIDE. AFTER A VERY LENGTHY DISCUSSION, THE FOLLOWING ACTION~ WERE TAKEN: MOTION BY COUNCILMAN GASS, SECONDED BY COUNCILWOMAN McKINLEY, TO TRANSFER $75,000. OF SURPLUS AND UTILIZE IT TO REDUCE THE BUDGET AND THUS REDUCE THE MILLAGE. ROLL CALL VOTE: AYES: COUNCILMAN GASS COUNCILWOMAN McKINLEY MAYOR FLOOD NAYS: VICE MAYOR GRAY COUNCILMAN OBERBECK CARRIED. MOTION BY COUNCILM~,~GASS, SECONDED BY COUNCILWOMAN McKINLEY, TO ADOPT THE RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE ANNUAL BUDGET OF THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN, FLORIDA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $804,165. FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 1980, AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1981.
