PRESENT: VICE MAYOR LEWIS GRAY, COUNCILMAN FRANK OBERBECK, COUNCILWOMAN DOROTHY MCKINLEY,
COUNCILMAN EVERETT GASS, MAYOR PAT FLOOD, JR., AND CITY ATTORNEY DANIEL KILBRIDE.
AFTER A VERY LENGTHY DISCUSSION, THE FOLLOWING ACTION~ WERE TAKEN:
MOTION BY COUNCILMAN GASS, SECONDED BY COUNCILWOMAN McKINLEY, TO TRANSFER $75,000. OF
SURPLUS AND UTILIZE IT TO REDUCE THE BUDGET AND THUS REDUCE THE MILLAGE.
