minutes of Sep'tl$,adjourned from Sep't 6th. were read and aproved.

seconded by ~ouncilman Ande~son.carried
· ~'he tax levy for 1950 was left unchamged by .motion by ~ouncilman ~embler and seconded
by Councilman netchworth.
Aax levy being left at 30 mills,20 mills for malntainence and 10 mills for sinking
fund.
~lerk was requested to.get prices on blinker controi for the traffic ~t!nker lights
on each of the traffiw signs at both the north and south end of the uity,

and seconded by oouncllman ,.etchworth.~ills amounted to 194,64.
A'he question of whether the-~ity should get a larger battery for the ~'lre 'l'rucX was
brought ~p by ~ouncilman anderson,and after some debate it was decided to do nothing
at the present time,but waitand see how the present battery he~d up.

position on ~he Police vepartment.~oun¢llman ~emb~er suggested that application ~e
filed without further action at ~hls ~Xme which was .agreed upon by ~he Council.
