THE 1 BID OPENING/REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING OCTOBER 8, 1986 PAGE 2 VICE MAYOR ROTH REPORTED THE CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD HAS NOT HAD THE SERVICES OF MR. GORE ON TWO OCCASIONS. ATTORNEY PALMER REPORTED A MEETING WAS HELD THAT DID NOT NEED THE ATTORNEY'S OPINION. PUBLIC INPUT ON AGENDA ITEMS MARY DECHAINE SPOKE ON GAS FOR THE AMBULANCE SQUAD OBTAINED AT JIFFY MART WITH HIGH ALCOHOL CONTENT CAUSING HIGH UPKEEP ON VEHICLES. THE MART ALSO CLOSES AT 11:00 P.M. SHE STATED THREE TIMES THEY HAD TO USE THE CITY COMPOUND. IT WOULD SAVE THE CiTY MONEY ON GAS. THE PUBLIC INPUT WAS CLOSED AT 7:26 P.M.
