MARY DECHAINE SPOKE ON GAS FOR THE AMBULANCE SQUAD OBTAINED
AT JIFFY MART WITH HIGH ALCOHOL CONTENT CAUSING HIGH UPKEEP ON
VEHICLES. THE MART ALSO CLOSES AT 11:00 P.M. SHE STATED THREE
TIMES THEY HAD TO USE THE CITY COMPOUND. IT WOULD SAVE THE CiTY
MONEY ON GAS.

CHIEF NAPPI DISCUSSED THE POSSIBILITIES OF PROBLEMS OCCURRING AND
THE SPECIAL PROCEDURES THAT WOULD NEED TO BE UNDERTAKEN TO
SAFEGUARD EVIDENCE AND THE AGREEMENT THAT SOME MONEY WOULD BE
SAVED BY THE MOVE.
FURTHER DISCUSSION BY COUNCIL DETERMINED THAT ONLY ABOUT $300.00
A YEAR WOULD ACTUALLY BE SAVED @~.10 A GALLON. THIS WOULD NOT
