October 22nd, 1928.
Upon roll call the following were found to be present:

Councilman R. G. Hardee was' found to be
RESOLUTION 75.
Councilman Park offered the following resolution:
Whereas, a dispute has arisen b~otween the City of Seb~astian and Florida
East Coast Railway Comp-~uy regarding Street and Sidewalk assessments against
property of said railway company in the City of Sebastian, as follows:
Station grounds frontage 203 feet ..........
50 foot frontag~ North side right of way
50 foot frontage South side right of way
~ driveway entrances frontage 41.4 ft.

and
Whereas, Florida East Coast Railway Company has agreed to pay the
sum of Two Thousand Dollars in full settlement of said assessments;
Therefore, Be It Resolved by the City Council of the City of
Sebastian that the sum of Two Thousand Dollars be, and the same, is
hereby accepted from said Florida East Coast Railway Company in full
settlement of the assessments hereinbefore described and recorded in the
City Lien Book; and the Clerk of the City of Sebastian is hereby directed
to cancel said assessments of record at all places'where the same appear
in the City records and also cancel the lien of same where recorded in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River County,
Florida.
The foregoing resolution was duly seconded and upon being put to
a vote was adopted as follows:
Ayes: Park, Hicks, Lawson and Martin.
Nayes: None.
MOTION: made by Councilman Hicks, seconded by Councilman Lawson,
that Council adjourn.
Motion carried.
