MINUTES
MAYOR HARRIS CALLED THE SPECIAL MEETING TO ORDER AT 5:00 P.M.
MAYOR HARRIS REQUESTED THAT FORMALITIES BE DISPENSED WITH.
VICE MAYOR ROTH QUESTIONED WHY THERE WERE SIX PEOPLE WORKING IN
FINANCE AND STATED THAT IF THIS IS AN AGENDA ITEM HE WOULD OBJECT
TO IT.
COUNCILMAN RONDEAU QUESTIONED WHAT HE CONSIDERED WERE LOW
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE CITY CLERK POSITION IN THE AD. MAYOR
HARRIS STATED THAT THESE ARE QUALIFICATIONS WRITTEN IN THE
STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES BUT AGREED THAT THEY NEED UPGRADING
FOR A GROWING CITY.

VICE MAYOR ROTH ADVISED COUNCIL THAT AREA OF U.S. 1 BEING
CONSIDERED FOR WATER AND SEWER BY THE COUNTY IS NOT PART OF THE
GENERAL DEVELOPMENT UTILITIES FRANCHISE.
MAYOR HARRIS ADJOURNED THE MEETING AT 5:25 P.M.
