COUNCILMAN RONDEAU SAID THAT GDC HAD A SCHEDULE TO SERVICE THE
ENTIRE SEBASTIAN HIGHLANDS AND HE HASN'T SEEN THIS BEING DONE.
WHEN QUESTIONED BY MAYOR HARRIS, GARY WHITE OF GDC STATED THAT A
PERSON CAN PREPAY $350.00 FOR CARRYING COST RECOVERY CHARGE.
GARY WHITE SAID GDC WOULD ADVERTISE IN LOCAL NEWSPAPERS THAT THE
CARRYING COST RECOVERY CHARGE CAN BE PREPAID.
COUNCILMAN MCCARTHY STATED THAT GDC'S PROPOSED RATES ARE IN LINE
WITH THOSE IN POMPANO BEACH, FL AND RECOMMENDED APPROVAL.

1984 WITH GREG KISELA OF GDU, TO SERVICE ALL THE HIGHLANDS BY
JANUARY 1, 1986. MR. GALLAGHER RECOMMENDED THAT COUNCIL RESEARCH
THIS BEFORE APPROVAL.
GARY WHITE STATED THAT THERE HAS BEEN NO DENIAL OF SERVICE TO ANY
CUSTOMER IN SEBASTIAN HIGHLANDS.
MAYOR HARRIS MADE THE TWO GDU RATE INCREASE ORDINANCES AGENDA
ITEMS FOR NOVEMBER 12, 1986 AND REQUESTED ATTORNEY PALMER TO
RESEARCH MATERIAL ON GDU IN CITY CLERK'S OFFICE.
ATTORNEY PALMER STATED THAT HIS PREVIOUS RESEARCH SHOWS ONLY THAT
THERE IS A LINE EXTENSION POLICY THAT EXISTS, BUT THE CUSTOMER
