REGULAR MEETING, NOVEMBER 8, 1965
Meeting called to order by President Zimmer at 7:00 P.M.
Those present: Mayor Boone, Councilmen ~uoe, Johnson, Owens, ~eonardy and Zimmer.
Minutes of regular October meeting wen~ rea~ and approved.
Motion by Councilman Owens that October bills in the amount of $2058.46 be paid.
Seconded by Councilman Bruce. Carried.
Fifteen minutes for public.
Communications were read.
Committee reports were given.
Motion by Councilman Johnson that ordinance on candidates be read for the second time
by title only. Seconded by Councilman Bruce. Roll call vote:

Nays:
Carried.
Motion by Councilman Leonardy that ordinance be read by title only and be placed on
final passage. Seconded by Councilman Owens. Roll call vote:
Carried.

Ordinance given number 206.
Motion by Councilman Bruce that project for drainage on Indian River Drive be completed
by utilizing existing city ditch and culvert. Seconded by Councilman Leonardy. Carried.
Motion by Councilman Johnson that Piper Aircraft Corp. and Hercules Powder Co. be author-
ized to use Sebastian Airport for joint project. Seconded by Councilman Leonardy. Carried.
Motion by Councilman Leonardy that recommendations of Zoning Commission be accepted and
that city attorney prepare amendment to ordinance. Seconded by Councilman Owens. Carried.

Motion to adjourn by Councilman Johnson. Carried.
