MAYOR GALLAGHER QUESTIONED MRS KEAGE$, CiTY CLERK, REGARDING THE COUNCILMEMBERS
BE1N~ ASKED FOR CONSENT TO WAIVE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR EMERGENCY MEETING NOTICE
MRS KRAGE$ REPLIED THAT THE COUNC1LMAMBERS HAD NO OBJECTIONS. MAYOR GALLAGHER
THEN QUESTIONED MRS KRAGES AS TO WHETHER SHE HAD CALLED THE COUNCILMEMBERS AND
ADVISED THEM OF THE MEETING AND THE TIME MRS KRAGES STATED THAT HER OFFICE STAFF
HAD DONE

MAYOR GALLAGBER STATED THAT IF THE COUNCIL HAD NO OBJECTIONS THAT THE COUNCIL
WAIVE THE FORMALITIES OF THE MEETING AGENDA.
