CHAPThR NO. 5~
An 0rdi~nce regulating the parking of motor vehicles of every kind or
description in auy of the Pnblic Streets or alleys of the City of Sebastian,
prohibiting the parking of such vehicles on said streets or alleys after
twelve o'clock midnight, and providing punishment for any violation of tho
ordinance.
Was read for the first time in full.
MOT~0N: made by Councilman Pa_~_~k, seconded by CounciLman Hardee, that
Ordinance be road the second time by title only.
Motion carried.
MOTION~ made by Councilman Hicks, seconded by Councilman Par~, that
Ordinance be read the third time by title only and put upon its passage.
Motion carried.

Ayes: Councilmen Martin, Hardee, Park, Lawson and Hicks.
Nays: None.
CH~PTER NO. 51
An Ordinance granting to Florida Power and Light Company, its successors and
assigns, the right priviledge, or franchise for the period of thiry years, to
construct, maintain and operate in, under, upon over and across the present and
future streetS~ avenues, all~ys highways, bridges, easements and other public
places in the ~ity Of Sebastian, Florida and its successors, electric light
and power lines, together with all the necessary or desirable appurtenances,
for the purpose of supplyin~ electricity to said City and its successors, the
inhabitants thereof, and to persons and corporation beyond the limits thereof,
for light, hea~, power and other purposes, and imposing provisions and
conditions relating ~hereto:
Was read for the first time in full.
MOTION: made by Councilman ~ark, seconded by Councilman Lawson, that
Ordinance be read the second time by title only.

MOTION: made by Councilman Hicks, seconded by Councilman Park, that
Ordinance be read the third time by title only and put upon its passage
