CATES A 25% DECREASE IN BURGLERY, A 6% DECREASE IN LARCENY AND
11% DECREASE OVERALL IN CRIME IN OUR CITY. CHIEF NAPPI WAS
COMMENDED FOR HIS GOOD WORK.
MAYOR HARRIS COMMENDED COUNCILMAN RONDEAU FOR THE NEW MICROPHONE
BEING USED BY THE COUNCIL.
MAYOR HARRIS READ AN ANNOUNCEMENT FROM MRS. REID THAT DUE TO THE
HOLIDAY THE CITY WILL CLOSE AGENDA ITEMS ON MONDAY DECEMBER 1,
1986. CITY HALL WILL BE CLOSED ON NOVEMBER 28, 1986 ALSO.

PROPOSAL BY MR. FRED FISH TO LEASE THE GOLF COURSE WITH A PAYMENT
OF $50,000. FOR THE REST OF THE YEAR AND FOR A LONG-TERM LEASE TO
BE WORKED OUT IN THE NEAR FUTURE. MR. FISH AGREED TO BE
RESPONSIBLE FOR EVERYTHING AT THE GOLF COURSE.
HE WOULD ASSUME ALL DEBTS AND PAY OFF THE 1.2 MILLION DOLLAR
BOND, AND HE IS SHOWING GOOD FAITH.
