MINUTES
MAYOR HARRIS CALLED THE MEETING TO ORDER AT 7:00 P.M.
COUNCILMAN MCCARTHY LED PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG.
INVOCATION WAS GIVEN BY THE REVEREND MORGAN GRAY,
EPISCOPAL CHURCH.
SEBASTIAN
MAYOR HARRIS INTRODUCED THE NEW CITY CLERK,
AND WELCOMED HER TO SEBASTIAN.

THE CITY CHRISTMAS TREE. ALL MEMBERS PRESENT BEFORE THE RECESS
WERE PRESENT AT RECALL.
MAYOR HARRIS ANNOUNCED THE PUBLIC HEARING ON JANUARY 20, 1986, AT
7:00 P.M. AT THE SEBASTIAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL REGARDING THE
PROPOSED NORTH COUNTY HIGH SCHOOL.
COMMITTEE
VICE MAYOR ROTH REQUESTED ACTION ON THE APPOINTMENT OF STEVEN
LULICH AS PERMANENT ATTORNEY FOR THE CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD. IT
WAS DECIDED TO POSTPONE ACTION UNTIL THE DECEMBER 17, 1986,

MAYOR HARRIS SAID THAT THE CITY IS READY TO GO TO BID FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF THE LIGHT AT U.S. ~1 AND SCHUMANN DRIVE.
