COUNCILMAN MCCARTHY LED PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG. INVOCATION WAS GIVEN BY THE REVEREND MORGAN GRAY, EPISCOPAL CHURCH. SEBASTIAN MAYOR HARRIS INTRODUCED THE NEW CITY CLERK, AND WELCOMED HER TO SEBASTIAN. KATHRYN M. MAYOR HARRIS CALLED A RECESS FROM 7:10 P.M. TO 7:15 P.M. TO LIGHT THE CITY CHRISTMAS TREE. ALL MEMBERS PRESENT BEFORE THE RECESS WERE PRESENT AT RECALL. MAYOR HARRIS ANNOUNCED THE PUBLIC HEARING ON JANUARY 20, 1986, AT 7:00 P.M. AT THE SEBASTIAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL REGARDING THE PROPOSED NORTH COUNTY HIGH SCHOOL. COMMITTEE VICE MAYOR ROTH REQUESTED ACTION ON THE APPOINTMENT OF STEVEN LULICH AS PERMANENT ATTORNEY FOR THE CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD. IT WAS DECIDED TO POSTPONE ACTION UNTIL THE DECEMBER 17, 1986, REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MINUTES - DECEMBER 10, 1986 - PAGE 2 COUNCIL MEETING.
