M~_~utes of regular November meeting and special meeting November 15 were read and approved.
~'..~o~ion by Councilman I. eonardy to pay November bills, in the amount of $2502.09. Seconded
by Councilman B~ce. Carried.
Fifteen minutes for public.
Motion by Councilman I~eonardy that audit report for year ending October 31, 1965 be
accepted and copy be available to public. Seconded by Councilman Johnson. Carried.
Motion by Councilman Johnson that resolution by election officials on results of election
be certified as correct. Seconded by Councilman Owens. Carried. (C~py of resolution attached)
Motion by Councilman Leonardy that Wm. E. Boone be declared as elected for a two-year term
as Mayor, and that Wm. Bruce and Charles Zimmer are elected for two-year terms as City "'
Seconded by Councilman Owens. Carried.
Recess for swearing in ceremonies.
Motion by Councilman Leonardy that A. T. Jordan and Mildred Hunt be appointed for a two-year
t~m as City Clerk and Assistant City Clerk respectively and that all members of the p~li?
Ae.partment be reappointed. Seconded by Councilman Johnson. Carried.
MO~ion by Councilman Bruce that CharU~es Zimmer be elected Council President. Seconded by
Co~cilman Leonardy. Carried.
Meriden by Councilman Owens that Jackson Y~eonardy be elected Council President Pro-rem.
Seconded by Councilman Bruce. Carried.
Motion by Councilman T~eonardy that appointment of Zoning Commission be tabled until
January meeting. Seconded by Councilman Owens. Carried.
Committee reports were given.
