IT IS AGREED to undertake the following work in accordance with the provisions of the Kimley-Hom and Associate's Master
Agreement entitled Non -Exclusive Engineering Consulting Services Agreement — Citywide, dated February 2, 2021.
Description of Assignment:
Kimley-Horn understands that the City of Sebastian is requesting services to update the Master Plan Concept for Riverside
Park. It is our understanding that this master plan concept will be utilized and presented to City Council. Kimley-Horn will
provide the services specifically set forth below.
Task 1 — Additional Master Plan Development
As a derivative of the planning process to -date, Kimley-Hom will prepare up to one (1) additional master plan package
based upon site analysis, public input, and program definition specific to keeping Harrison Street open. The packages will
consist of the following items:
• An illustrative concept plan
• Summary of benefits and constraints
Kimley-Horn will submit the package to the City for review. City staff will provide a consolidated set of comments for review
by Kimley-Horn
Kimley-Hom will facilitate a conference call (via MS Teams) with City staff to review and discuss consolidated comments
provided as part of the Master Plan Development. Kimley-Horn will incorporate comments into a round of revisions for
materials to be presented to City Council.
