SPECIAL EMERGENCY MEETING CALLED TO ORDER BY MAYOR PAT) FLOOD, JR., AT 7:00 P.M.
PRESENT:
VICE MAYOR EVERETT T. GASS, COUNCILMAN FRANK OBERBECK,COUNCILMAN
RICHARD VOTAPKA, COUNCILMAN GEORGE SCHUM, CITY ATTORNEY DANIEL
KILBRIDE AND MAYOR PAT FLOOD, JR.
MAYOR FLOOD STATED THAT THE PURPOSE OF THIS SPECIAL EMERGENCY MEETING IS TO TAKE
ACTION, REGARDING THE RESIGNATION OF ARTHUR MAYER, BUILDING OFFICIAL.
MAYOR FLOOD GAVE A BRIEF STATEMENT REGARDING HIS ASSOCIATION WITH MR. MAYER AND
THE PERSONAL REGRET HE FEELS BY THIS LETTER OF RESIGNATION.
MOTION BY COUNCILMAN OBERBECK , SECONDED BY VICE MAYOR GASS , THAT WE ACCEPT THE
RESIGNATION OF ARTHUR MAYER, BUILDING OFFICIAL, EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 22, 1982,
AND THAT HE BE GIVEN WHAT EVER BENEFITS HE ACCRUED AT THE TIME OF HIS TERMINATION.

SINCE HE HAS WORKED IN THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT DURING VACATION.
