Those present were Mayor Rohme, President Sembler, Councilmen
Finnegan, Nash, I~xter, sad ~rehaer.
Mr. Jack Lott, a rep. of Stuckey's requested the City to allow
their comD~any to place a trailer in hhe rear of their business at Ninth.
St. and .U.S. #1 City Limits.
Mr. Lott was informed that the. woner of the existing bldg. would
be required to make application te attaQh said trailer to bldg. before the
Oouncil would take any action.
Mr. Robert Caamack met with the Council to discuss the possbbility
of a causeway in the vicinity of Sebastian and peeented a sketch-of the same.
The clerk read a letter from Wilbur C. ~ and Jerry Carter in
regard to the hearing held. on the closing of the sebastian Depot.
0ounoilman Nash made a motion to set a ~inimum bid of $75.00
on the 1949 2 Door 0hev~ole~, seconded by Councilman Baxter, and c~rried.
Councilman Baxter reported to the Council on a washout in
Sebastian Gardens where Sebastian Highlands road intersects with Sebastian
Gardens.
The Council instructed t..~ Clerk to have Attorney Vocelle
contact Mr. Sirota a~ the Bondl~.~ .~i~u~7 in regard to the condition
of street in Sebastian G&rd~. 3ub~i~$~o~ a~d to send a bill for the
labor and repair of these streets to the bondir~ compa~7,
The Council ~nstructed Couuoilman Baxter to have pictures made
of the washout of street in Sebas$iam $mrden~ Subdivision.
The Olerk read Veto ~eaeh's ordinance on the regulating the
installation, utilization and aai~tenaGoe of outside antenna systems for
television and radio receiving appa~tul or equipment. A~t. er much discussioa
th~s ordinance wal postponed until the next regular meet~g,
Councilman Finnega~ requested to have all of the current Ordinances
listed, and to have all new or,imagoes .published once a month in the
newspapers.

Mrs. Dewey Jordan requested pe~lesion to use t~enty chairl
from the City Hall on the 31st. of December for ~ private party. This
request was denied.
The Pax~c Sisters met with the Council to discuBe
Xartin Ave., west of U.S. ~1 Highway.
Councilman Baxter made a motion to adjourn, Second by
Cou~o!laam Naeh. Carried.
