'X think it should he either postponed or modified to a considerable extent such as Main Street to the new school building, one block north and one South of ~Aain on Center Avenue, and South Centeral Avenue opened up to the ~ellsmere Boulevard. This as I understand it would cost consider~bly less thst half of the present ~lan ~nd would make a very creditable showing, A therefore wish to go on reaord as being opposed to the present issue, ( Sl~12e~)W.
