Believinm that a pavLug program formulated d',~ring boom times
is not proper for the present, when there is such a depression that may banks
are still unable to wes, ther the storm. 'X think it should he either postponed
or modified to a considerable extent such as Main Street to the new school
building, one block north and one South of ~Aain on Center Avenue, and South
Centeral Avenue opened up to the ~ellsmere Boulevard.
This as I understand it would cost consider~bly less thst half
of the present ~lan ~nd would make a very creditable showing,
A therefore wish to go on reaord as being opposed to the present
issue,
