~0TION made b Councilman ~ark and seconded by Councilman Eardee that
Oity Marahall~s salary be $100.00 per month starting ~Aarch 1st, 1927.
This amount being set ~side. in the bu~g?, for this office.

MOTION made by~0ouncilman Martin, seconded by Councilman Park, that the
estion of purchasing a safe for. the City office be referred to the
inance Committee for~action. ~
Motion csrried.
MOTION made ~y Councilman Martin' seconded by Councilman ~ardee, that
R. T. Culver s check for $65.60 for his taxes be accepte~. Mr. Culver
writing that~he sent check in November for his t~xes which amounted to
~?0.00 and deducted 2% at that time w~ch amount is allowed on tax
payments in November, check sent in November evidently being lost.

MOTION made by 0ouncilman ~Aartin, seconded by 0ouncilm~u ~ark, that
Clerk be instructed to h~ve cards printed notifying t~x payers the
amount of their t~xes and that they will become delinquent after
April 1st, cards to be sent to all t~x payers who have not as yet
payed their 1926 taxes.

MOTION made by Councilman Martin. seconded by Councilmmn ~ardee, that
Cityof Sebastian enter into contr~-.ct-, with the Standard 0il Company,
of Kentucky for~ the purchase of 8 barrels of D.T.E. 0il ar~ 2 barrels
of A.C. 0il. ~Aayor and Clerk to execute contract for the City.

MOTION made by Councilman ~Aartin, secon~ed by Councilm~n ~ark, the report
of Light and Ace committee's report on ~lectric Light and ~ower
Line?rom South City Limits of the City of Sebastlsn, to ~nd including
the City of Wabasso be accepted a~ld the Ligh~ and*de Committee be
empowered to nemoti~te with the Wab~sso 0ity Council and report back to
CLty Council their findings.

for $~.00 per chair, ar~l if finauces are available at this time to
take c~re of cost.

Electric Street Lights be inst.~lled on North Central Avenue, also to
Shoreland ~oulevard and Riverside Drive, if finances can be arranged
to take care of the cost.

~0TION made by Coun¢llman mardee, seconded by Councilman ~artin, that~ Clerk
purchase Cabinet Safe and' equipment from the Safe Cabinet Ce., at $466.00
delivered Sebastian. To be paid for as follows:
$40.00 cash, ten monthly payments e£ $40.00 each and one
monthly payment of $£6.00, which iS last ~Jayme~t. Contract to be executed
by ~res. Olty Gouncil for ~he Oity.
