"An Ordinance designating the 0ity ]~arshal of the City of Sebastian, ~lorid:, as Sanitary Inspector of said City; Prescribing his duties as such Sanitary Inspector, and promoting the Public Health, Comfort Safety of the inhabitants of the 0ity of Sebastian; providing penalaties for the violation of this Ordinance; and for other purposes. Be it Ordained by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Sebastian.
