MEETING WAS CALLED TO ORDER BY CHAIRMAN EDWARD PALUCH AT 4:00 P.M.
PRESENT: CHAIRMAN EDWARD PALUCH, ROBERT MORROW, GEORGE METCALF, EX-OFFICIO MEMBER
JOHN VAN ANTWERP.
NO REGULAR MEETING WAS HELD BECAUSE OF LACK OF A QUORUM, BUT THERE WAS A BRIEF DIS-
CUSSION WITH STEVE JOHNSON, SEBASTIAN AERO SERVICES, WHO WOULD LIKE TO ACQUIRE
ADDITIONAL PARKING SPACES BUT DOESN'T WANT A SUB-LEASE OR TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
COLLECTING FEES. CHAIRMAN PALUCH RECOMMENDED THAT HE DISCUSS THIS WITH THE CITY
ATTORNEY AND THE AIRPORT MANAGER AND THEN GO TO A COUNCIL WORKSHOP MEETING SINCE
THIS BOARD IS ONLY ADVISORY IN NATURE.
SINCE MR. DE JOIA HAS RESIGNED, CHAIRMAN PALUCH REQUESTED THAT AN AD BE PLACED IN
THE PAPER FOR A REPLACEMENT.
IT WAS DECIDED TO HOLD THE NEXT MEETING ON THE REGULARLY SCHEDULED DATE IN JANUARY.
SESSION ADJOURNED AT 4:30 P.M.
