OLD BUSINESS:
A. General discussion of events:
In response to a questian from Julianne Barrett, Chmn. Coniglio noted that Riverview
Park will not be used by this Committee for the Street Party — Juried Art 5how in
December. The Park will be available far use by the Sebastian River Art Club.
The Chairman then introduced Lisanne Monier, 1125 U.S. 1, Sebastian, who co-chairs
the Juried Art Show portion of the Street Party. Lisanne stressed how important it is that
this event be changed to a later date since the artists invalved are already booked for
Dec. 1& 2. There was discussion on this subject, alternate dats were considered, and
it was dtermined to reschedule it on December 16h & 17th. Lisanne also commented
that if this art show is successful, it will open the door for additional shows in the future.
It was determined to invite the Iocal art club to have their show along with the
Committee's 5tret Party, which would eliminate any canflict.
Chmn. Coniglio nated that consideration is being given to providing transportation from
Beal's Plaza and the CAV-Cor parking lots to the Street Party, since parking will be the

There was discussion about the hours of duration for this event, such as from 10:00 am
till 5:00 pm, at which time the parade would start, Lisanne noted that each artist would
need appraximately 11 or 12 feet each. The areas would be marked off, she will make
up an assignment list, and she may do up a small program. It was noted that there are
no residences in the subject area. Chmn. Coniglio commented that all business in the
