BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING
NOVEMBER 4, 1997
Chairman Oberbeck called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.
The Pledge of Allegiance was said.

Ann Brack, Recording Secretary
Since this Board's by-laws require four (4) members to constitute a quorum, any action taken at
this meeting was canceled. However, because this issue was not realized immediately, the meeting
progressed as usual with three (3) out of five (5) members present. All issues will be re-addressed
and officially voted on at the regular December meeting.
(The variance for Ameron Homes, 449 Azine Terrace, Septic, received three (3) votes in favor.
The variance for William Ballough, 581 Biscayne Lane, front yard well, received three (3) votes in
favor.)
Chron. Oberbeck adjourned the meeting at 7:21 P.M.
