CITIZENS BUDGET ADVISORY REVIEW COMMITTEE
JUNE 10, 1999
The Chairman called tile meeting to order at 6:15 PM. Tile Chairman asked for the
Pledge of Allegiance.
Roll Call: The following members were present:
Angela Sherbrook - Excused Absence
Richard Smith - Excused Absence
Larry Napier
David Folkening
Gene Rauth
Ed Gilcher
Herbert Munsart
Staff members present were Sally Grunzweig, Recording Secretary, Mark Mason,
Director of Finance, and John VanAntwerp, Interim City Manager.
Approval of Minutes May 13, 1999- Motion to approve as amended to give Mr. Munsart
an excused absence by Larry Napier and seconded by Herbert Munsart passed
unanimously.
Member's Comments - The committee members reviewed the proposed budgets for the
Growth Management, Building Department, City Manger, City Clerk, Finance, Legal,
Legislative and Human Resources. Committee members suggested that the Growth
Management and Building Departments start vehicle rotation schedule so they only ask
for one new vehicle a year.
Input from the Public - None
Motion to adjourn at 8:20 PM was made by Herbert Munsart second by Gene Rauth.
Motion passed unanimously.
