EVENTS COMMITTEE
MINUTES
OCTOBER 07, 2025

1. Order
The events meeting was called to order at 2:00pm
2. 2025 Events
A. Venue discussion.
The committee went through the email sent by Luis at the Jackie Robinson Complex’s to
have questions he had regarding our event answered. In addition to answering his
questions there were more questions raised by the committee. They wanted to find out
if the Complex could supply appetizers and what the cost would be. Another question
was to see if they allowed us to bring in a sheet cake to serve for dessert.
B. Update spreadsheet
The committee went through the items on the spreadsheet and gave updates for their
items.
C. Shop for Award Banquet Prizes
The committee met on Amazon Prime days to get the best deals for the awards banquet
gifts. Fifteen gifts were purchased.
3. Adjourn - Being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 3:30pm
