Ground, Raymond A. IAluminum w/Concrete Mr. Raymond A. Ground, 1385 Scroll Street, Sebastian, was present and was sworn in by Chron. Smith at 7:04 pm. Mr. Ground gave a brief presentation about installing screen rooms and slabs, aluminum siding, and hurricane panels. MOTION bY Holdddga/Nicolini I'd tike to recommend that Raymond A. Ground .be eligible to take the exam for aluminum and concrete. Roll call: Pierre paquette(a) - yes Chmn. Jerald Smith -=yes Michael Holdddge - yes Louis Nicolini ~ yes The vote was 4 - 0. Motion carried. BOARD MATTER~, Mr. Holdddge wanted to discuss the 1999 code as adopted by the NEC. Mr. Bonacci indicated that Sebastian adopted the 1996 code in 1997, which is when the 1994 t Holdridga indicated that just recently, the ..Sti~, ~ Building Code was al_so adop. ted. Mr. Hotdndga pointed out that the Construction Board regulations state that the meetings start at 7:30 pm, but, in fact, they start at 7:00 pm.
