JIM HARRIS, DISCUSSED THE LICENSE NON-RENEWAL RATE OF 50~ AND REMARKED
THAT EVEN THOUGH THE ORDINANCE DOES ALLOW FOR A NON-RENEWAL PENALTY
THAT IT IS NOT STRONG ENOUGH. HE RECOMMENDED THAT THIS MATTER BE DISCUSSED
FURTHER AT THENEXT REGULAR WORKSHOP AND INSTRUCTED THE BOARD SECRETARY TO
PREPARE A LIST OF THOSE WHO HAVE NOT RENEWED THEIR LICENSES.
IN RESPONSE TO A QUESTION ASKED BY MRS. ALICE ALLARD, CITY RESIDENT, JIM
HARRIS INDICATED TO HER THAT THE TEST SCORES FROM BLOCK AND ASSOCIATES
BEEN RECEIVED AND THAT EACH BoARD.'.'MEMBER IS IN THE PROCESS OF COMPLETING
THEIR OWN INDIVIDUAL INVESTIGATION. HE STATED THAT A SPECIAL MEETING WOULD
BE HELD VERY SHORTLY TO DISCUSS THEIR FINDINGS.
MR. JIM HARRIS STATED THAT THE NEXT REGULARLY SCHEDULED BOARD MEETING
WOULD BE HELD MARCH.~i, 1983~o
