LOOK AT HE SAiD BEFORE ANY cRITERIA COULD BE ESTABLISHED THE GENERAL ORIGINAL THE OVER ALL DRAINAGE MAP TO SEE WHAT DEVELOPMENT DESIGN ENGINEER HAD IN MIND. THOMAS SAID THE PROBLEMS WERE IN THE OLDER D~-"¥- SEBASTIAN, EASY AND FLEMING STS. OUT TO BARBER ST. QUESTION WAS WHO WOULD PAY FOR THIS TO BE DONE. AGAIN THE SEBASTIAN CONSTRUCTION BOA~_~_- FEBRUARY2__~_~_1988 DRAINAGE SWALES cont. MOTION BY MR. HALLGREN, SECONDED BY MR. DERNBACH TO LET THE OWNER PAY FOR THE PIPE IF THEY WANT IT, WITH CITY AND ENGINEERING APPROVAL. CARRIED. NEW BUSINESS: BLOCK EXAM - GAINESVILLE WEATHERSTONE, GERALD D./PAINTiNG MOTION BY MR. HALLGREN, SECONDED BY MR. CAPP TO ACCEPT APPLICATION. CARRIED. DISCUSSION: COMPLAINT - TOVAR vs ROBERTS, INDIAN RIVER HOMES MSi TOVAR EXPLAINED TO THE BOARD THAT HER.HOUSE WAS TO BE FINISHED BY SEPTEMBER 25, 1987 AND THAT TO DATE WAS STILL NOT DONE. WHEN'ASKED IF MR. ROBERTS WAS LICENSED, THE BOARD SECRETARY EXPLAINED THAT HE NO LONGER QUALIFIED INDIAN RIVER HOMES BUT THAT THEY WERE GETTING A NEW QUALIFIER TO COMPLETE THE HOMES WHICH WERE CURRENTLY UNDER CONSTRUC-. TION.' MR. HALLGREN SAID HE WOULD MEET WITH BRUCE COOPER, BUILDING OFFICIAL AND TOM PALMER, CITY ATTORNEY TO PURSUE THIS MATTER. DISCUSSION: INTERCOM SYSTEMS; VACUUM SYSTEMS THE BOARD SECRETARY TOLD THE BOARD THATi. A GENTLEMAN HAD INQUIRED iNTO DOING INTERCOM AND VACUUM SYSTEMS. MR. COOPER HAD SAID THAT HE HAD NO PROBLEM WITH INTERCOM SYSTEMS BUT ASKED THATTHE BOARD GIVE THEIR OPINION ON VACUUM SYSTEMS. HE FELT A SERIOUS PROBLEM COULD BE CREATED IF IT WAS NOT DONE PROPERLY. MOTION BY MR. HALLGREN, SECONDED BY MR. DERNBACH TO CREATE A NEW CATEGORY TO LICENSE VACUUM SYSTEMS SUB,CONTRACTOR. CARRIED. SCORES WERE REGISTERED IN THE SCOREBOOK BY MR. DERNBACH AND MR. CAPP. 15 MINUTES TO PUBLIC THERE WAS A BRIEF DISCUSSION CONCERNING BUILDER BERNIE ROBERTS. THERE BEING NO FURTHER BUSINESS, MEETING ADJOURNED AT 9:05 P.M.
