PALUCH, SECONDED BY MR. TRIPP, TO APPROVE THE APPLICATION OF MR. WAYNE FELTHOUSEN ISSUED TO MR. FELTHOUSEN AND SEBASTIAN CRANE AND DRAG- LINE, INC., FOR A DEMOLITION LICENSE, PROVIDING THE UERIFICATION OF EMPLOYMENT IS NOTARIZED. MOTION CARRIED. MR. LEONARD GALIBRATH MOTION£BY MR. LEONARD GALIBRATH A LICENSE FOR FLOOR COVERING SUB-CONTRACTORS LICENSE, BECAUSE THE APPLICATION WAS ~CKING ~NOT~BIZEDi.~ERIFICATION OF EMPLOYMENT. MOTION CARRIED. CHAIRMAN HARRIS STATED THAT MR. GALIBRATH'S APPLICATION WOULD BE REVIEWED BY THE BOARD AT THEIR REGULAR MEETING IN APRIL IF THE LACKING INFORMATION IS OB TAINED. MR. HAROLD DENMON QUALIFYING MR. RONALD SECOR FOR TOTAL COMFORT SYSTEMS, INC. HARV CONTRACTOR. CHAIHMAN~HARRIS S~AWED THAT MR. DENMON'S LICENSE ISSUED THIS YEAR SHOULD BE RETURNED TO THE BOARD SECRETARY BEFORE THE ISSUANCE OF A NEW LICENSE. CHAIRMAN HARRIS STATED THAT THE BOARD SECRETARY SHOULD NOTIFY TROP~C AIR AND AIRCO THAT ACCORDING TO OUR RECORDS MR. DENMON IS NO LONGER QUALIFYING THESE COMPANIES. MOTION BY MR. PALUCH, SECONDED BY MR. TRIPP, TO APPROVE THE APPLICATION OF MR. HAROLD DENMON, TOTAL COMFORT, INC,, FOR A HARV CONTRACTORS LICENSE. MOTION CARRIED. CHAIRMAN HARRIS STATED THAT AT THE WORKSHOP MEETING THE BOARD NEEDED TO DISCUSS THE POSSIBLE CHANGE OF PENALTY OF NON-RENEWED SUB CONTRACTORS LICENSES. MOTION BY MR. CALMES, SECONDED BY MR. LANGLOIS, TO ADJOURN THE MEETING AT 5: 28 P.M. MOTION CARRIED. CHAIRMAN HARRIS REMINDED THE BOARD THAT THEY WOULD HOLD THE HEARING~'ON MARCH 10, 1983, AT 1:00 P.M., IN THE OLD CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS. -2- SEBF~S~ZAN~-CONSTRUCTION BOARD MEETING - MARCH 1, 1983 MEETING CALL TO ORDER BY CHAIRMAN HARRIS AT 4:00 P.M. PRESENT: MR. PALMER, MR. PALUCH, MR.: CALMES, MR. LANGLOIS, MR. TRIPP AND.MR. HARRIS ABSENT: MR. RIZIO (UNEXCUSED) MR~ HARRIS STATED THAT THE MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETINGS NEEDED TO BE ABPROVED AND WOULD PREFER THAT A MOTION BE MADE FOR EACH SET OF MINUTES. MOTION BY MR. CALMES,_.SECONDED BY MR. PALUCH TO APPROVE THE MINUTES OF SEPTEMBER 7, 1982 AS WRITTEN. MOTION CARRIED. MOTION BY MR. PALUCH, SECONDED BY MR. TRIPP, TO APPROVE THE MINUTES OF SEPTEMBER 15, 1982.AS WRITTEN. MOTION CARRIED. MOTION BY MR. PALUCH, SECONDED BY MR. PALMER TO APPROVE THE MINUTES OF OCTOBER 5, 1982 AS WRITTEN. MOTION CARRIED. MOTION_BY MR. CALMES, SECONDED BY MR. PALUCH,TO APPROVE THE MINUTES OF NOVEMBER 2, 1982 AS WRITTEN. MOTION CARRIED. MOTION BY MR. PALUCH, SECONDED BY MR. CALMES TO APPROVE THE MINUTES OF DECEMBER 7, 1982 AS WRITTEN. MOTION CARRIED. CHAIRMAN'HARRIS..STATED THAT THE MINUTES OF THE JANUARY AND FEBRUARY MEETINGS HAD BEEN PRESENTED TO THE BOARD AND THAT THESE MINUTES WOULD BE APPROVED AT THE REGULAR MEETING OF APRIL 5, 1983. CHAIRMAN HARRIS STATED THAT THERE WERE SIX (6) APPLICATIONS FOR LICENSES AND THAT THE BOARD WOULD TAKE THE TIME TO REVIEW EACH APPLICATION. THERE WAS A SHORT DISCUSSION REGARDING THE LICENSING OF HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATORS, DEMOLITION AND LANDFILL AND GRADING LICENSES. THIS DISCUSSION REVOLVED AROUND THE IDEA OF HAVING THREE~.C~AS_SESAS THE CONTRACTORS, AND THE COST BEING DIFFERENT. CHAIRMAN HARRIS INDICATED THAT THIS WOULD BE AN AGENDA ITEM FOR THE BOARDS NEXT WORKSHOP MEETING. CHAIRMAN HARRIS STATED THAT THE BOARD WOULD MAKE A SINGLE MOTION FOR EACH APPLICANT REQUESTING LICENSING. MR. CLINT BROWN MOTION BY MR. PALUCH, SECONDED BY MR. L~NGLDIS, TO APPROVE THE APPLICATION OF MR. CLINT BROWN, ISSUED IN THE INDIVIDUALS NAME, FOR A CARPENTRY SUB-CONTRACTOR. MOTION CARRIED. MR~.?STANZEY DILLAHAY MOTION BY MR. PALUCH, SECONDED BY MR. TR~PP, TO APPROVE THE APPLICATION OF MR. STANLEY DILLAHAY ISSUED IN THE INDIVIDUALS NAME, FOR A DRYWALL SUBBCONTRACTOR. MOTION CARRIED.
