HARRIS STATED THAT THE BOARD SECRETARY SHOULD NOTIFY TROP~C AIR AND AIRCO THAT
ACCORDING TO OUR RECORDS MR. DENMON IS NO LONGER QUALIFYING THESE COMPANIES.

MR~ HARRIS STATED THAT THE MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETINGS NEEDED TO BE ABPROVED
AND WOULD PREFER THAT A MOTION BE MADE FOR EACH SET OF MINUTES.

CHAIRMAN'HARRIS..STATED THAT THE MINUTES OF THE JANUARY AND FEBRUARY MEETINGS
HAD BEEN PRESENTED TO THE BOARD AND THAT THESE MINUTES WOULD BE APPROVED AT
THE REGULAR MEETING OF APRIL 5, 1983.
CHAIRMAN HARRIS STATED THAT THERE WERE SIX (6) APPLICATIONS FOR LICENSES AND
THAT THE BOARD WOULD TAKE THE TIME TO REVIEW EACH APPLICATION.
THERE WAS A SHORT DISCUSSION REGARDING THE LICENSING OF HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATORS,
DEMOLITION AND LANDFILL AND GRADING LICENSES. THIS DISCUSSION REVOLVED AROUND
THE IDEA OF HAVING THREE~.C~AS_SESAS THE CONTRACTORS, AND THE COST BEING DIFFERENT.
CHAIRMAN HARRIS INDICATED THAT THIS WOULD BE AN AGENDA ITEM FOR THE BOARDS NEXT
WORKSHOP MEETING.
CHAIRMAN HARRIS STATED THAT THE BOARD WOULD MAKE A SINGLE MOTION FOR EACH APPLICANT
REQUESTING LICENSING.
