THAT THE BOARD SPONSOR MR. SNODGRESS, MR. KEENEY, MR. JENSEN,
MR. FARNUM, MR. CALOVOLPE AND MR. ~HUES FOR THE BLOCK EXAM.
MOTION CARRIED.
MOTION BY VICE CHAIRMAN DERNBAC~, SECONDED BY MR. MOSBY THAT
WE SPONSOR MR. BROOKS APPLICATION FOR THE BLOCK EXAM ON THE
CONDITION THAT THE CREDIT REPORT COMES AND THERE ARE NO
OBVIOUS PROBLEMS.
MR. NEUBERGER NOTED THAT ON ONE OF THE NOTARIZED STATEMENTS
HAS BEEN WRITTEN.OVER OR CHANGED.
MR. MOSBY WITHDREW HIS SECOND, VICE..CHAIRMAN DERNBA~2H

MOTION BY VICE CHAIRMAN DERNBACH, SECONDED BY MR. MOSBY THAT
WE CONDITIONALLY APPROVE MR. WALLACE BROOKS FOR' HIS BLOCK
EXAM PENDING HIS VERIFIED CREDIT REPORT AND A CORRECTED
VERIFICATION OF CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE THAT IS LEGIBLE AND
UNALTERED AND MEETING THE MINIMUMREQUIREMENTS OF TWO-~YEARS
TO BE VERIFIED BY THE CHAIRMAN OR VICE CHAIRMAN OF THE~BOARD.

WE ACCEPT MR. DEVLIN'S CHANGE OF STATUS.

BARBER ST./NEBRASKA CIRCLE
CHAIRMAN LAMAN SWORE IN MR. SASTRAM.
MR. NICHOLSON GAVE A RUN DOWN ON THE CASE.
MR. SABTRAM TOLD THE BOARD THAT ALL HE DID WAS TO RE'[~VE THE
TREE STUMPS AND CUT SOME OF THE VINES OUT OF THE WAY,U~OR
SAFETY REASONS.
IT WAS ALSO. NOTED THAT THE TYPE"OF~WORK DONE ON.THE LOT WAS
LANDSCAPING NOT LOT CLEARING AND THAT'THE CITY DOES.NO~ ISSUE
COMP'<'CARDS FOR-LANDSCAPING.
MOTION BY MR. NEUBERGER, SECONDED BY MR. HANEY THAT THE
CHARGES BE DISMISSED AGAINST THIS GENTLEMAN, THAT IF ANYTHING
GET THE HOMEOWNER. IN HERE WHO CUT THE TREES DOWN.
CHAIRMAN LAMAN FELT THAT MR. SASTRAM WAS NOT LANDSCAPI~BUT
THAT HE WAS CLEARING A LOT FOR WHICH A COMP CARD i,S REQUIRED.

MOTION BY MR. MOSBY THAT WE FIND TROPIC TREES GUILTY OF
VIOLATION OF SEC. 7-99(A), CONDUCTING WORK WITHOUT A LICENSE
IN THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN AND ALSO GUILTY OF 20A-14.11,
CONDUCTING WORK WITHOUT A PROPER TREE REMOVAL PERMIT.
DIED FROM LACK OF SECOND.

MR. COOPER ENCOURAGED THE BOARD NOT TO TRY TO FIND A
VIOLATION FOR A TREE REMOVAL PERMIT.
MOTION BY MR. MOSBY, SECONDED BY MR. KELLEY TO FIND TROPIC
TREES GUILTY OF CONDUCTING WORK WITHIN THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN,
SEC. 7-99(A), NO LANDCLEARING LICENSE.
MR. HANEY AFTER LOOKING AT THE PICTURES PROVIDED BY MR.
NICHOLSON, FELT THAT THE VINES WERE VISIBLE AND THAT THE LOT
HAD NOT BEEN CLEARED. CHAIRMAN LAMAN STATED THAT HE FELT
VERY STRONGLY THAT THE LOT HAD BEEN CLEARED.

IT WAS NOTED THAT RELIABLE SERVICES WAS LICENSED TO DO
LANDCLEARING IN THE CITY OF SEBAST~IAN.
MR. MCCULLERS TOLD THE BOARD THAT MR. FINNIGAN SAID ~HAT HE
HAD A LANDCLEARING PERMi'T FOR TH.E JOB. AFTER THE JOB WAS
DONE THEY WERE TOLD THAT THERE WAS NO PERMIT FOR THE JOB',.
LATER, CHECKING WITH MR. FINNIGAN HE SAID THAT HE DID NOT
KNOW HE HAD TO HAVE ONE. IT WAS NOTED THAT THEY HAD BE~N'
DEALING WITH PAT FINNIGAN. FOR RECORD, AN AFTER THE FACT
PERMIT WAS PULLED,
CHAIRMAN LAMAN SWORE IN TOM HINKLE WHO WORKED FOR RELIABLE
SERVICES.
HE TOLD THE BOARD THAT HE MET PAT FINNIGAN ON THE JOB SITE
AND THAT MR. FINNIGAN SAID HE DID HAVE A LANDCLEARING PERMIT.

MR. COOPER TOLD THE BOARD THAT RELIABLE SERVICES HAD NEVER
HAD A PROBLEM AND THAT HE DID NOT DOUBT ANYTHING THAT THEY
SAID.
MOTION BY MR. HANEY, SECONDED BY VICE CHAIRMAN DERNBACH THAT
AT THIS TIME WE DISMISS THE CASE AGAINST RELIABLE SERVICES.
