UNIT BUILDING ON LOUISISANA AVE. USING ENT TYPE MATERIAL
INSTEAD OF RIGID-METAL CONDUIT SURFACE METAL RACEWAYS OR
ELECTRICAL-METALLIC TUBING AS REQUIRED BY THE CITY CODE AND
THAT HE WAS ASKING THE BOARD TO APPROVE THE USE OF ENT IN THE
CITY OF SEBASTIAN. IT WAS NOTED THAT THE NATIONAL ELECTRICAL
CODE APPROVED ENT. A LENGTHY DISCUSSION FOLLOWED.
MR. COOPER SUGGESTED THAT MR. BONACCI AND MR, NEUBERGER GO
OVER THE AMENDMENTS AND MAKE RECOMMENDATION8 TO THE BOARD AT
THEIR MAY MEETING.
MOTION BY MR. CHEATHAM, SECONDED BY MR. NEUBERGER TO 8RANT
THE APPEAL BARED ON THE BOARDS AGREEMENT TO THE NATIONAL
ELECTRICAL CODE WHICH ALLOWS ENT.
CARRIED.
SCORES WERE REGISTERED IN THE SCOREBOOK BY MR. DERNBACH AND
MR. NEUBERGER.
