FROM A CASE THAT WAS BEFORE THE BOARD IN APRIL.
MR. DAN BROGNANO, OWNER OF AMBRON HOMES CAME TO THE PODIUM.
HE WAS SWORN IN BY CHAIRMAN CAPP.

HEARING~ HIS SON HAD EMERGENCY SURGERY IN ORLANDO.

MR. COOPER. GAVE A RUNDOWN OF THE CASE AND ASKED THAT THE
BOARD TREAT THIS AS THOUGH THIS WAS A NEW CASE.
MR. BROONANO TOLD THE BOARD THAT RICHARD FEY, (L.I. TREE
SERVICE)'OAVE COPIES OF HIS LICENSE AND INSURANCE TO HIS
SECRBTAKY', WHEN THE LOT WAS CLEARBD~ MR. BROGNANO GOT A CALL
FROM THEBUILDING DEPARTMENT SAYING THAT MR. FEY WAS NOT
LICENSED 'tN THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN. WHEN MR. BROGNANO BROUGHT
A COPY OF THE LICENSE I,N~ MR. COOPER TOLD HIM THAT IT WAS A
COUNTY LICENSE AND THAT THE ciTY WOULD NOT HONOR IT. MR.
BROONANO WENT:'BACK TO THE JOB SITE AND HAD MR. FEY LEAVE.
MR. COOPER VERIFIED THIS-INFORMATION. HE ALSO NOTED THAT IN
CHECKING WITH THE COUNTY THAT THE LICENSE HAD BEEN ISSUED IN
ERROR.

-AMERON H~ES GUILTY OF 26-1.7'i(b), USE OF AN UNLICENSED
CONTRACTOR AND NOT GUILTY OF 26-172(2)~ AIDING & ABETTING.
MR. TOZZOLO NOTED THAT UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES, THIS COULD
HAVE HAPPENED TO ANY OF THEM.
MR'. T. SM'ITHiNOTED THAT AT THE MARCH MEETING, SEC. 26-172(1),
WILLFUL DISREGARD OF THE BUILDING-CODES WAS ALSO PART OF THE
ORIGINALMOTION.

172(1), WILLFUL DISREGARD OF THE BUILDING CODES, SECONDED BY

TRADES OF BLOCK AND ASSOCIATES BE BROUGHT TO THE NEXT BOARD

THE BOARD SECRETARY EXPLAINED THAT TWO MOTIONS MADE AND
PASSED AT THE 3/8/94 MEETING {[ERE NOT LEGAL. THE POSITIONS
WERE NOT ADVERTISED AND THE POSITIONS WERE NOT OPEN AT THE
TIME. BOTH MOTIONS HAD TO BE RESCINDED AND NEW MOTIONS MADE.
