A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN, INDIAN
RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN FDOT GRANT
AGREEMENT, FM454818-1-94-01, FOR FUNDING OF
"ENGINEER & DESIGN GOLF APRON PHASE 1" AT THE
SEBASTIAN MUNICIPAL AIRPORT; PROVIDING FOR
CONFLICTS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY;
PROVIDING FOR SCRIVENER'S ERRORS; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the FDOT has extended FDOT Grant Agreement FM454818-1-94-01 in the
amount of $250,000 for the engineering and design of the terminal apron expansion at Sebastian
Municipal Airport, providing for 80% of the actual project cost, said project cost for the City of
Sebastian is estimated to be $50,000 and
WHEREAS, the City of Sebastian desires to begin the design phase and agrees to the
conditions of such funding.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEBASTIAN, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. AUTHORIZATION. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute said
FDOT Grant Agreement FM454818-1-94-01 on behalf of the City.
Section 2. CONFLICTS. All resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict are hereby
repealed.
Section 3. SEVERABILITY. The provisions of this Resolution are intended to be
severable. If any provision of this Resolution is determined to be void or is declared illegal,
invalid, or unconstitutional by a Court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of this Resolution
shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 4. SCRIVENER'S ERRORS. Sections of this Resolution may be renumbered
or re -lettered and corrections of typographical errors which do not affect the intent may be
authorized by the City Manager, or the City Manager's designee, without need of further action of
City Council by filing a corrected copy of same with the City Clerk.
Section 5. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its
adoption.

The motion was seconded by Council Member Mat -thews and, upon put to a vote, the
vote was as follows:

The Mayor Council thereupon declared this resolution duly passed and adopted the 12t'
