TO BE USED BY FIVE SECRETARIES.

AND PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION, A I~UEST WAS MADE THAT THE TWO BOARDS
EQUALLY DIVIDE THE COST OF ANOTHER TRANSCRIBER TO BE USED IN ~ BUILDING
AND ENGINING DEPARTMENTS.

THE COST OF A TRANSCRIBER TO BE SHARED Will THE PIANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION.
MR. HOFFMAN TOLD THE BOARD THAT ON MONDAY, THE 19/t{, HE AND THE BOARD
SECRETARY WERE HAVING A MEETING Will THE MAYOR TO DISCUSS THE BUDGET. AT
THE PRESENT TIME, ~ CONSTRUCTION AND CODE ~I%IFOR~ BOARDS COME UNDER
CONSUMER AFFAIRS. Will THE INCREASED ACTIVITY OF THE CODE ~FORCMMENT BOARD,
II71EREATES A PROBLEM WRIITING A BUDGET FOR THEM. THE DISCUSSION WiLL BE
SPLITTING %/-IE TWO BOARDS ON THE BUDGET.
MR. DOMINIX BROUGHT UP THE SUBJECT OF THE ELECTRICAL CODE THE BOARD HAS
REWRITFEN.

MR. BERNERD ROBERTS APPROACHED THE BOARD ABOUT THE SIGN ORDINANCE AS IT
PERTAINS TO THE CONSTRUCTION BOARD. AT THE PRESENT TIME, FOR MODEL HOMES,
FLAGS, OTHER THAN THE AMERICAN FlAG ARE NOT PERMITI'ED AND THE~?.ONL~'!'SIGNS
ALLOWED ARE THOSE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY FOR WHICH THE SIGN IS INTENDED.
HE ASKED THESE THINGS BE DISCUSSED BY THE BOARD AND REC/IMMENDATIONS BE MADE
TO THE CITY COUNCIL TO MAKE THESE CHANGES IN THE SIGN ORDINANCE.
