Ms. Wainuslds respon&d that she had never installed it but she had been a supervisor for tile since she was eighteen (18) years old. She wants to take the tern to qualify the ~y. Ms. Nappi noted that she will send Mr. Rowsey another letter telling him what the motion has been, and if he does not show up for the lune meeting, he will have to start all over asain with a new application and another $75.00. She also noted that there will be a notice attached to future applications to clarify that atter three times bein~ a no-show, they will have to re-apply. Vice Chron. Mosby noted that this would be a policy decision aud none of the Board members could ever remember this situation happoni~ previously. The Board conseusus was that if Mr. Rows~ does not attend the next meain8, he will have to re-apply.
