THERE WAS A DISCUSSION CONCERNING THE .STATUS OF TME SEBASTIAN ELECTRICAL
CODE WHICH THE BOARD SPENT MUCH TIME A~EFFORT IN REVISING AND UPDATING.
A COPY WAS GIVEN TO TOM PAIMER, CITY ATi~, OCTOBER 21, 1985 WHO IN
TURN GAVE A COPY TO ROGER CLOUTIER~ BUILDING OFFICIAL FOR }{IS REVIEW
AND COMMENTS. TO' DATE, THE CODE HAS NOT GONE TO CITY COUNCIL.
CHAIRMAN BALIOUGH TALKED TO /ME BUILDING OFFICIAL WHO FEELS THAT BE-
CAUSE OF ~ NATURE OF THE ORDINANCE, HIS OFFICE CANNOT ENFORCE lT.

THE BOARD SFL~ARY EXPLAINED THAT PROCEDURES HAD TO BE FOLLOWED AND
THAT AN AMENDED ORDINANCE HAD TO GO TO. THE CITY ATTORNEY FIRST.
A SUGGESTION WAS MADE THAT A SPECIAL MEETING BE CALLED WITH BOTH THE
CITY ATTORNEY AND BUILDING OFFICIAL PRESENT.
CHAIRMAN BALLOUGH SAID HE WOULD TALK TO THE CITY ATIORNEY AND THE
BUILDING OFFICIAL TO SET A DATE AND TIME FOR A MEETING AND GIVE THE
INFORMATION TO THE BOARD SECRETARY.
MR. DOMINIX AND MR. HOFFMAN REGISTERED THE BLOCK EXAM SCORE'S IN THE
SCOREBOOK.

MR. HOFFMANWENT OVER THE PROPOSED BUDGET. SINCE THERE WAS:NO FIGURE

WITH THE CITY CLERKAND GIVE'AN AMOUNT TO MR. HOFFMAN. THE COMPL~
