force while executing the change(s) stipulated as follows:
DESCRIPTION:
On August 12, 2025, City Council approved a contract with Dickerson Infrastructure to complete the Taxiway Golf
Construction at Sebastian Municipal Airport. The apron adjacent to the taxiway needs stabilization. Large parts of the apron
are in poor condition, due to multiple hurricane-response events by FPL and need to be stabilized in order to prevent water,
sand and dirt from damaging the new Taxiway Golf. Dickerson Infrastructure will provide 1.5 inches of additional asphalt
paving at the tie-in area and the additional designated area illustrated in the attached exhibit.

NOTE:The southern section is considered part of the
current grant, and the Airport expects FDOT to fund
80% ($20,595.52) of the total amount, with the Airport
responsible for the remaining 20% ($5,148.88).
NOTE:The City will fully fund the northern section of the old
decommissioned Runway 13-31 at a cost of $51,422.00.
