All changes stated below are hereby incorporated and made a part of the Contract identified above, and all the terms and conditions of said Contract are enjoined and in full force while executing the change(s) stipulated as follows: DESCRIPTION: On August 12, 2025, City Council approved a contract with Dickerson Infrastructure to complete the Taxiway Golf Construction at Sebastian Municipal Airport. The apron adjacent to the taxiway needs stabilization. Large parts of the apron are in poor condition, due to multiple hurricane-response events by FPL and need to be stabilized in order to prevent water, sand and dirt from damaging the new Taxiway Golf. Dickerson Infrastructure will provide 1.5 inches of additional asphalt paving at the tie-in area and the additional designated area illustrated in the attached exhibit. A. NOTE:The City will fully fund the northern section of the old decommissioned Runway 13-31 at a cost of $51,422.00.
