SUBJECT: Notice to Proceed with Construction Contract # 24-09-ITB
Johnson -Davis Incorporated is hereby notified to begin work per the contract on November 17,
2025.
All work shall be performed in accordance with the plans, specifications, and contract terms.
• Pre -Construction Phase: November 17, 2025 — January 4, 2026.
• Construction Phase (14 weeks): January 5, 2026 — April 13, 2026.
Note: Completion dates account for days the City of Sebastian is closed.
Per Paragraph 16 of the agreement, liquidated damages are $100.00 per calendar day.
